Every person on a Clearway site — employee, subcontractor or visitor — goes home safe. No exception.
All operatives receive site-specific inductions, regular toolbox talks and funded accreditation training.
RAMS reviewed before each task. Daily briefings. Permit-to-dig and permit-to-work systems in place on all sites.
The Managing Director holds overall responsibility for health and safety within Clearway Site Services. Day-to-day management is delegated to the Operations Directors, with site supervisors responsible for implementing safe working practices on each project.
This policy is reviewed annually by the Managing Director or following any significant incident. All incidents are investigated and findings used to improve safe systems of work. This policy is communicated to all employees and relevant subcontractors.
